Aren’t Bots Bad?

Can I Deactivate My Bots?
In order to deactivate your Bots you must cancel the subscription to that bot. Cancelling the subscription to that bot does not cancel your subscription or other services within M10.
What’s the Difference Between a Bot and Self-Service?
M10's Bots can do everything, from analyzing your audience to creating and deploying an ad campaign on your behalf. The amount of control you retain over your Bots depends on the level of service you choose. We offer everything from 100% hands-off, to 100% hands-on control. When you choose to remain in control of your Bots, you use our Self-Service platform. Here you can see all the data M10 has collated and select your own Audience Clusters and Opportunities, create your own ad campaigns, and deploy them at will.
How Many Bots Can I Have?
You can have one Bot per subscription. If you wish to deploy additional Bots, you can upgrade your Product Plays or purchase more Bots during a campaign.
What is a Task Request Form?
We use Task Request Forms to tell our Bots what to do. Depending on the Bot you have selected, you may have to complete 1-3 short forms. These forms will tell the Bots everything they need to know about your brand and products, so the Bots can better identify your ideal customer.
